Scope of Privacy Policy The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide you with information about how PouchEurope OÜ (hereinafter "PouchEurope") uses personal data, which information about users of the PouchEurope website may be collected, analysed and subsequently used, transferred to third parties or otherwise processed.
2. Data collection
2.1. The information you provide is generally not necessary for the use of our online services and for the disclosure of personal data, unless you make a purchase from our online store. However, if personal data (name, postal address, e-mail address) are collected in the course of the provision of our online services, this is done for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed through our online store. For example, if you wish to order products (packaging) from our website, we will ask for your e-mail address and information that will allow us to fulfil the order and verify that the information you have provided is correct.
2.2. Automatically collected information. To ensure data security and to improve the user experience, we also collect non-personal information in connection with our online services. For example, we record information about the web browser, operating system and domain name you were using when visiting our website, the number of times you have visited our website, the average time you spent on our website and the pages you viewed. Such automatically collected data will not be linked to data collected from other sources. 3. Use of personal data
In principle, the data you provide will only be used for the purposes specified. These objectives include in particular:
- Provision, improvement and support of our online services: this includes analysing the data, identifying usage trends and calculating usage patterns and statistics.
- Marketing: your personal data will only be used for marketing purposes, such as surveys or promotional campaigns, if you have given your consent. In this case, your data will be retained for 1 year unless longer retention for other reasons is legally permitted. - Requesting reports or other information material: if you request reports or other information material from us, the personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose of processing your request and will then be retained for a maximum of 1 year. PouchEurope uses a wide range of data security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information. However, given the structure of the Internet, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that there may be security vulnerabilities in the transmission of data over the Internet (e.g. in e-mail communications) and that absolute protection of data from third parties is not possible.
